Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations and ensure efficient production processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production teams, optimizing workflows, and maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced food production environment.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of production line workers
Plan and organize production schedules to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime
Ensure that all production activities comply with food safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies
Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to resolve problems quickly
Maintain accurate production records, including output, waste, and quality control data
Collaborate with other departments, such as Quality Control, Maintenance, and Logistics, to ensure smooth operations
Implement and enforce safety procedures and ensure a safe working environment for all employees
Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Science, Production Management, or a related field
Minimum of 35 years of experience in a production supervisory role, preferably in the food manufacturing industry
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse production team
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production management software
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
