Your expertise will enable us to meet our operational and developmental needs effectively.
Main Responsibilities:- Execute the full recruitment cycle from requisition to onboarding.
- Coordinate with departments to clarify manpower and skill requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, agencies, and referrals.
- Screen CVs, schedule interviews, and coordinate selection processes.
- Prepare job offers and onboarding documentation.
- Maintain recruitment records and hiring reports.
- Coordinate induction and orientation programs for new hires.
- Prepare annual training plans based on departmental needs.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Maintain training attendance records and certifications.
- Track mandatory training completion.
- Support Saudization hiring and reporting where applicable.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or higher diploma.
- 2 - 5 years of experience in recruitment.
- Excellent coordination skills.
- Ability to liaise with agencies and training providers.
