You will play a vital role in supporting our hiring needs by coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and assisting with onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, interviews, and job offers.
- Coordinate with managers to determine hiring needs.
- Maintain a candidate database and support the onboarding process.
- Apply local and overseas recruitment procedures as needed.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
