As a leading company in the distribution, manufacturing, and retail sectors within the Middle East, we are seeking a talented Recruitment Specialist to support our HR team in managing end-to-end recruitment and training activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute recruitment activities in accordance with the approved recruitment plan and budget.
• Source qualified candidates through various online and professional recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare job offers, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
• Communicate regularly with candidates and provide updates throughout the hiring process.
• Support onboarding activities and maintain accurate training records.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken, written, reading).
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Implement recruitment and hiring operations, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Conduct initial interviews for candidates and prepare hiring recommendation reports in coordination with the relevant departments.
• Prepare and update job descriptions in coordination with various departments.
• Contribute to reviewing and developing the organizational structure according to work needs.
• Prepare a matrix of job competencies and link it to jobs and career paths.
• Manage the performance management system and follow up on completing periodic evaluations and linking them to training.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
• Experience of no less than 5 years in recruitment and organizational development.
• Good skills in job analysis and preparing organizational reports.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs.
