Job Purpose
To attract, assess, and hire top talent in alignment with the company’s workforce plans and operational needs. The Recruitment Specialist manages the full recruitment cycle while ensuring a positive candidate experience and strengthening the company’s employer brand.

To attract, assess, and hire top talent in alignment with the company’s workforce plans and operational needs. The Recruitment Specialist manages the full recruitment cycle while ensuring a positive candidate experience and strengthening the company’s employer brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with department managers to identify hiring needs and job requirements.
- Prepare job descriptions and post vacancies on appropriate recruitment platforms.
- Source candidates through various channels, including headhunting and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Administer assessments and evaluations when required.
- Conduct reference checks and background verification.
- Prepare and present job offers; negotiate employment terms when necessary.
- Coordinate onboarding procedures with the HR team.
- Track and report recruitment KPIs (*, Time to Hire, Cost per Hire).
- Maintain and update candidate databases and talent pipelines.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience using job portals and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
