Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from receiving hiring requests to issuing job offers.
- Prepare and post job advertisements on professional platforms and social media channels.
- Source and attract candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
- Handle international recruitment processes, including visa processing and contract preparation.
- Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on required competencies.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring departments.
- Prepare job offers and assist in onboarding processes.
- Maintain candidate databases for future hiring needs.
- Support employer branding initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of recruitment experience, including international hiring.
- Knowledge of modern recruitment techniques.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- English proficiency is an advantage.
