Join Our Team as a Recruitment Specialist!
We are looking for a highly experienced Recruitment Specialist to manage the complete hiring lifecycle at Shabakkat KSA, a member of the IPT PowerTech Group. This role will ensure that we attract and hire top talent while complying with local labor regulations.

Location: Saudi Arabia
Experience Required: 7+ years (GCC/Saudi experience preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job portals and agencies.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, Saudization (Nitaqat), and GOSI requirements.

Required Skills and Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi hiring practices.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Experience in construction, manpower, or facilities management preferred.

  • Good knowledge of modern recruitment methods and sourcing techniques.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional networking platforms.
