Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily call center operations and ensure KPI achievement
- Lead, develop, and motivate the team to perform at their best
- Analyze performance and implement data-driven improvements
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the customer experience
Requirements:- Minimum 5 years of experience in call centers, including at least 2 years as a Call Center Manager
- Strong leadership and analytical skills
- Proficient in call center systems and reporting tools
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
