Key Responsibilities- Design and prepare floral arrangements for various occasions.
- Ensure flowers and plants are fresh and beautifully presented.
- Collaborate with clients to fulfill design requests.
- Manage flower care and inventory.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism.
- Assist in event setup and decorations.
Requirements- Proven experience as a Florist or in a similar creative role.
- Strong skills in floral design and arrangement.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of flowers and seasonal availability.
- Formal training in Floral Design or related fields is advantageous.
