We at Zahran Facilities Management are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. As part of the largest facilities management company in the Kingdom, your role will be pivotal in managing the full recruitment cycle and supporting our organization in attracting and hiring qualified talent efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering.
  • Publish job advertisements across relevant platforms and social media channels.
  • Conduct CV screening and initial phone interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Conduct reference checks when required.
  • Prepare job offers and support onboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment reports and candidate records.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
