Join Our Team as a Recruitment Specialist!
We are seeking a talented Recruitment Specialist to be a valuable member of our HR team at Laverne Group. This role primarily focuses on sales recruitment and managing mass recruitment campaigns to attract the best candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
  • Source and attract candidates mainly for sales positions.
  • Plan and execute mass recruitment initiatives.
  • Publish job advertisements across recruitment platforms and manage recruitment campaigns.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and talent pipelines.
  • Track and report recruitment KPIs.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably sales hiring.
  • Experience in mass hiring / mass recruitment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
