Key Responsibilities:

Verify patient identity using multiple identifiers.
Ensure accuracy of test requisitions and specimen integrity.
Explain procedures to patients before drawing blood.
Perform blood draws using aseptic techniques.
Maintain detailed logs of specimen collections.
Communicate results, especially those outside normal ranges, to nursing staff.
Participate in educational activities to enhance phlebotomy knowledge.

Job Requirements:

0 - 2 years of experience as Laboratory Phlebotomist.
Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology.
Certified phlebotomist skilled in age group specimen collection.
Excellent command of English and Arabic.
Valid license as per regional health authority.
