Key Responsibilities:- New Employees & Onboarding:
- Processing hiring documentation and generating new employee numbers.
- Creating company emails and compiling employee documents for finance.
- Preparing job offers and coordinating internal approvals.
- Communicating with employees and following up with accounts.
- Liaising with the administration team for visa issuance.
- Payroll & Finance Coordination:
- Reviewing payroll inputs including attendance and overtime.
- Verifying claim documents and coordinating payroll approvals.
- Employee Relations & Coordination:
- Addressing employee issues with relevant stakeholders.
- Leave, Attendance & Time Management:
- Managing annual and sick leave approvals.
- Overseeing timesheet management and biometric attendance monitoring.
- Final Settlement & Offboarding:
- Handling employee final settlements and processing terminations.
- Letters & Certificates:
- Issuing salary and experience certificates.
- Filing employee documents appropriately.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of HR operations experience.
Key Skills:- High attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Fluency in English (Arabic preferred).
KPIs:- Payroll accuracy ≥***
- Timely onboarding and final settlement processing.
- Zero compliance breaches.
