Job Purpose:The HR Coordinator plays an essential role in managing HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle effectively.
Main Responsibilities:- Assist in recruitment from job postings to onboarding
- Update Job Descriptions as required
- Screen resumes against established criteria
- Maintain a candidate database for future openings
- Prepare and follow up on offer letters and employment contracts
- Arrange medical checks for staff
- Ensure employee files are maintained properly
- Handle attendance reports and HR Helpdesk queries
- Manage trainings and probationary appraisals
- Handle exit processes and conduct exit interviews
Qualifications:- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration
- Bilingual in Arabic and English
- Knowledge of labor law
