- Optimal implementation of the recruitment cycle at Panda in accordance with the approved policies and procedures.
- Identifying and implementing regional recruitment action plans for local positions, including tracking stages, interviews, and hiring processes.
- Ongoing communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience during the recruitment process.
- Organizing and participating in local recruitment events.
- Managing the database of job candidates and recruitment reports.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence internal teams.
- Experience in using recruitment and interviewing techniques.
- Experience in a retail or consumer goods environment.
