Join our dynamic team at IBRAQ! We are seeking a Leasing Manager to maximize property occupancy rates and rental income by overseeing the entire leasing cycle. In this role, you will be instrumental in marketing properties, screening applicants, executing leases, and ensuring tenant retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize revenue by driving leasing performance and reducing vacancy periods.
  • Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns, manage property listings, and close lease agreements with qualified prospects.
  • Oversee the move-in/move-out process, resolve tenant disputes, and implement retention strategies.
  • Review applicant credit/backgrounds, process documentation, and manage leasing staff.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal housing laws.
  • Monitor competitors and analyze local market trends to adjust pricing strategies.
  • Supervise leasing agents and coordinate with maintenance staff.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economy, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in leasing, sales, or service.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills for negotiating, marketing, and fostering tenant relationships.
  • Deep understanding of landlord-tenant laws and lease agreements.
  • Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
