The RoleAs the Residential Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing the occupancy and revenue performance of a designated residential portfolio. Reporting directly to the Property Manager, you will act as the primary revenue generator, bridging the gap between operational property management and commercial leasing success.
Key Responsibilities:- Leasing Strategy & Occupancy: Achieve and exceed leasing targets, manage inquiries, and retain tenants.
- Marketing & Brand Promotion: Ensure high-quality property listings and collaborate on lead-generation campaigns.
- Contract Negotiation & Administration: Negotiate lease terms and oversee documentation.
- Regulatory Compliance: Manage Ejar System and ensure compliance with REGA standards.
- Tenant Engagement: Foster relationships with tenants and implement feedback loops.
Skills, Knowledge And Experience:- Minimum 3-5 years in Residential Leasing or Property Management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in Property software and Ejar.
