Role PurposeResponsible for maintaining accurate Nissan parts inventory levels, ensuring high availability, minimizing variances, and supporting warehouse and logistics operations across Petromin Nissan locations.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular stock checks, investigate variances, and maintain system accuracy.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and warehouse teams for efficient parts flow.
- Manage backorders, slow-moving stock, and inbound/outbound transactions.
- Update ERP/DMS data and generate inventory reports.
- Support continuous improvement in inventory control and warehouse processes.
KPIs- Stock accuracy
- Parts availability/fill rate
- Aging stock reduction
- Inventory turnover
- Shrinkage/variance levels
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain/business or related field.
- 3–5 years automotive parts inventory experience (Nissan experience preferred).
- Proficiency in ERP/DMS systems and strong analytical skills.
