Job Opportunity: Sales and Customer Service Specialist

📋 Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Achieving Sales Targets: Attracting new customers, understanding their needs, and providing suitable solutions to successfully complete sales transactions.

• Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Responding to customer inquiries, handling their requests and complaints professionally and efficiently to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

• Managing and Updating Customer Data: Using CRM systems to log customer interactions, track orders, and update data accurately to ensure service quality continuity.

• Developing Product Knowledge: Being thoroughly familiar with all products or services offered to explain and share them with customers in a simple and attractive manner.

• Technical Skills: Good knowledge and experience in dealing with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs and systems.

⏰ Work Details and Environment:

• Working Hours: From 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM (evening shift).

• Working Days: 6 days a week (one day off).

We are looking for a receptionist and salon supervisor who is professional, well-organized, and capable of managing daily tasks efficiently.

Job responsibilities:

▫️ Manage the reception, greet clients, and provide a unique experience from the first visit
▫️ Answer calls and messages, organize bookings and appointments (4 days a week as a receptionist)
▫️ Supervise the workflow inside the salon and monitor service quality and team commitment (4 hours daily as a supervisor)
▫️ Follow up on daily operations, organize tasks, and coordinate with the team to ensure professional workflow
▫️ Handle inquiries and direct them appropriately while maintaining an organized and professional work environment


Requirements:

Previous experience in reception or salon field is preferred

• Manage and maintain accounting records and bookkeeping related to construction and real estate development companies.
• Prepare, submit, and file tax returns, including handling VAT refund requests.
• Prepare internal financial statements and coordinate with external auditors/certified accounting offices regarding requirements for approved financial statements.
• Work with ERP systems and accounting software to support financial operations.
• Prepare and process financial claims/progress payment statements (Mustaqlasat) and follow up on their submission and approval.
• Monitor daily financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.

• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Valid registration certificate with the Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants (SOCPA).
• Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software.
• Saudi nationality.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prepare reports and manage financial follow-ups.

• Prepare and record daily journal entries with high accuracy.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and assist in financial reporting.
• Utilize Accounting Software (ERP) to process financial data and maintain digital records.
• Assist senior accountants in monthly and yearly closing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and VAT regulations.

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of professional accounting experience.
• Industry Background: Preferred experience in Trading, Manufacturing, or Contracting sectors.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in using Accounting Software/ERP systems.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Location: This position is based in Jeddah.
• Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

• Support various sales activities and manage customer relationships for service agreements and aftermarket business.
• Prepare proposals, follow up on sales inquiries, and lead negotiations to achieve optimal profit levels.
• Manage existing customer relations and develop new ones to foster service revenue growth.
• Provide professional proposals and technical support related to our digitalized service offerings.
• Collect payments and ensure proper acquisition of sales opportunities.
• Prepare monthly sales forecasts and execute customer visit schedules.

• At least 2 years' experience in HVAC aftermarket sales.
• Mechanical Engineering degree with HVAC knowledge.
• Sales experience in the Western region, specifically Jeddah and Makkah.
• This role is exclusively for Saudi nationals.
