Position: Project AdministratorAs a Project Administrator for META Projects & Services, you will play a key role in the efficient coordination and execution of contracts and subcontracts. This position is crucial for understanding contract requirements and ensuring proper implementation.
Key Responsibilities:- Understand the construction industry and coordinate contract execution.
- Utilize productivity tools such as Windows programs, SAP, Cora PPM, etc. to track documentation and approvals.
- Work closely with project managers on financial discrepancies and project change orders.
- Oversee administrative responsibilities related to contracts and required documentation.
- Work effectively in a virtual setting via phone, Teams, One Drive, etc.
Requirements:- High School Diploma.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
- At least 3 years administrative support experience.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
