Role Overview:
This full-time, on-site position involves managing all aspects of human resources, including:
  • Developing and implementing HR policies
  • Handling employee benefits
  • Overseeing personnel management
  • Recruiting and onboarding new employees
  • Employee relations and performance management
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:
  • Experience in Human Resources and HR Management
  • Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Fluent in English and Arabic is preferred
  • Experience in the e-commerce or automotive industry is a plus

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Proficient in using platforms (Qiwa, Mudad, Social Insurance, Baladi, Civil Defense, Abshir Business, Najiz, etc.).
  • Familiarity with the Odoo system.
  • Good understanding of Saudi labor laws.
  • Strong communication skills, high organization, and the ability to work under pressure.
