We are looking for a Human Resources Operations Specialist to join our team, who will be responsible for managing and executing all operations related to the employee lifecycle from recruitment to termination. The main tasks include: managing and updating employee files, preparing and issuing contracts and administrative decisions, following up on social insurance and medical insurance procedures, managing the payroll and entitlements system, and ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws. The position requires at least 2 years of experience in the field of human resources, with proficiency in Saudi labor systems and regulations, and high skills in using human resources programs and preparing reports.
