Role Overview:This full-time, on-site position requires a passionate Pastry Sous Chef in Jeddah. You will play a key role in developing and preparing bakery and pastry items while maintaining high-quality standards in taste, presentation, and consistency. The daily responsibilities include supporting the head chef in kitchen management, upholding hygiene protocols, and contributing creative ideas for unique recipes and products. Collaboration with the kitchen team is essential to ensure smooth operations and meet production targets.
Qualifications:- Proficiency in Baking and Bakery techniques.
- Creativity in developing innovative and appealing recipes.
- Strong knowledge of hygiene standards and practices.
- Experience in cooking, particularly in pastry and dessert preparation.
