Located within the stunning Red Sea Project, our hotels focus on delivering nature-inspired experiences to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily pastry and bakery operations across various outlets including restaurants and banquets.
- Develop standard recipes and presentation guidelines to maintain quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with the culinary leadership to align pastry offerings with our culinary vision.
- Drive innovation in desserts and pastries while ensuring compliance with hygiene standards.
- Lead and mentor a team, fostering an environment of creativity and excellence.
- Manage budgets and participate in menu engineering to maximize profitability.
- Engage with guests and gather feedback to enhance their experience.
Qualifications:- 10+ years of experience in luxury hotels or resorts, with at least 5 years in a senior pastry role.
- Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts / Pastry & Bakery.
- Advanced skills in pastry, chocolate, and confectionery.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
