Implementing procedures, regulations, and forms for monitoring project employees' attendance and their various types of leaves and modifying forms as needed, in addition to applying the attendance monitoring system and ensuring their adherence to official working hours.
Applying policies and procedures for annual, medical, emergency leaves, and other types of leaves specified in the approved holiday and leave policy and applying promotion, secondment, termination procedures, and recording all incidents of employees according to the approved regulations and procedures.
Dealing with employee complaints, observations, requests, and inquiries in a professional manner and effectively escalating issues to the department director when they arise.
Updating employee-related information and providing it to the employee services team by recording and documenting all information related to the employees of the entity, such as promotions, training courses, and salary and benefits-related matters.
Preparing specialized documents and reports related to human resources operations and providing suitable recommendations and appropriate solutions and presenting, clarifying, and saving them in their database according to the approved policies and procedures.
Dealing with relevant government and private entities.
Dealing with employees' salaries and dues.
Dealing with all platforms (Baladi - Qiwa - Mudad - Insurance - Ministry of Commerce - etc...)

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage the recruitment lifecycle including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
Attendance & Leave Management: Oversee attendance records, address issues, and manage employee leave requests.
Government Relations (GR): Handle HR-related governmental processes, including visa and work permit management.
Payroll Management: Assist in payroll processing and ensure accuracy in attendance and leave records.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to labor laws, prepare HR reports, and maintain employee data integrity.

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
24 years of experience in an HR Specialist role.
Knowledge of government relations and labor regulations.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll software.
Excellent communication skills and knowledge of KSA labor laws.

Manage renewals for licenses, commercial registrations, and work permits.
Represent the company at governmental departments, including the Passport Office and Ministry of Labor.
Ensure compliance with laws and regulations from official authorities.
Process entry and exit visas, residency permits, and sponsorship transfers.
Monitor the company’s Nitaqat status and Saudization requirements.
Maintain proficient use of Microsoft Office and draft formal communications.

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Business Administration, or Human Resources.
Minimum of 2 years of experience with government platforms.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
