  • Implementing procedures, regulations, and forms for monitoring project employees' attendance and their various types of leaves and modifying forms as needed, in addition to applying the attendance monitoring system and ensuring their adherence to official working hours.
  • Applying policies and procedures for annual, medical, emergency leaves, and other types of leaves specified in the approved holiday and leave policy and applying promotion, secondment, termination procedures, and recording all incidents of employees according to the approved regulations and procedures.
  • Dealing with employee complaints, observations, requests, and inquiries in a professional manner and effectively escalating issues to the department director when they arise.
  • Updating employee-related information and providing it to the employee services team by recording and documenting all information related to the employees of the entity, such as promotions, training courses, and salary and benefits-related matters.
  • Preparing specialized documents and reports related to human resources operations and providing suitable recommendations and appropriate solutions and presenting, clarifying, and saving them in their database according to the approved policies and procedures.
  • Dealing with relevant government and private entities.
  • Dealing with employees' salaries and dues.
  • Dealing with all platforms (Baladi - Qiwa - Mudad - Insurance - Ministry of Commerce - etc...)

Requirements

  • GOSI Registration Required or Sponsorship Transfer
  • Requires 2-5 Years experience
  • Intermediate in English
