As a key member of our team, you will help enhance employee services within the sales division.
Responsibilities:- Review medical requests to ensure they align with company policies.
- Verify bank loans for entitlement eligibility.
- Analyze school fee invoices to confirm they meet claims eligibility.
- Ensure new and trial employees’ salary documents are complete for timely payments.
- Oversee termination and final payment requests for completeness and accuracy.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Able to work effectively with a diverse workforce.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Competencies needed: Politely engaging, positive attitude, disciplined and organized, team-oriented.
