We are seeking a dedicated Secretary to provide crucial administrative support and ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a secretarial or administrative role, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.

- Travel & Logistics Management: Arrange travel and accommodations for staff.
- Document Control & Reporting: Maintain organized filing systems and prepare administrative reports.
- Office Operations & Resource Management: Monitor office supplies and assist in event planning.
