We are seeking a dedicated Secretary to provide crucial administrative support and ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support & Office Management: Handle general office duties, prepare and edit documents, and maintain company records.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize appointments.
  • Communication Management: Oversee incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring a professional response.
  • Travel & Logistics Management: Arrange travel and accommodations for staff.
  • Document Control & Reporting: Maintain organized filing systems and prepare administrative reports.
  • Office Operations & Resource Management: Monitor office supplies and assist in event planning.

Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a secretarial or administrative role, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
