Responsibilities:- Identify business opportunities through market research and develop relationships with prospects.
- Engage potential clients via meetings, calls, and networking to close profitable deals.
- Prepare and submit tenders, negotiate contracts, and ensure clear communication with clients.
- Maintain records of inquiries and report on sales efforts regularly.
- Collaborate with the operations and invoicing teams to support order execution and collection processes.
- Participate in exhibitions and conferences to represent our services effectively.
- Handle customer complaints, ensuring their resolution and satisfaction.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience with a Degree or 8 years with a Diploma in relevant sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
