Job Summary:
As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for marketing and selling residential units while providing exceptional customer experiences and contributing to building a strong reputation for the company in the real estate market.

Responsibilities:
  • Attract potential clients through various marketing channels and personal networks.
  • Analyze client needs and present suitable housing solutions.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales proposals highlighting the features of real estate projects.
  • Ensure client satisfaction throughout all stages of the sales process.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement effective sales strategies.
  • Provide accurate periodic reports on sales performance and use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

Qualifications:
  • Must be a Saudi national.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the residential real estate development sector.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and meet sales goals efficiently.
