As a Restaurant General Manager, you will oversee a high-volume, upscale casual dining restaurant within a resort environment, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, coordinating front of house (FOH) and back of house (BOH).
  • Ensure compliance with operational standards and regulations.
  • Achieve financial targets and monitor daily revenue performance.
  • Lead recruitment, training, and performance appraisals for FOH team members.
  • Support marketing strategies and promotions to increase revenue.
  • Maintain brand standards for service and guest experience.

Qualifications:
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • 5-7 years in F&B operations, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in upscale casual dining, preferably in luxury hotels or resorts.
  • Strong understanding of international cuisine and guest experience design.
