Restaurant General Manager, you will oversee a high-volume, upscale casual dining restaurant within a resort environment, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily restaurant operations, coordinating front of house (FOH) and back of house (BOH).
- Ensure compliance with operational standards and regulations.
- Achieve financial targets and monitor daily revenue performance.
- Lead recruitment, training, and performance appraisals for FOH team members.
- Support marketing strategies and promotions to increase revenue.
- Maintain brand standards for service and guest experience.
Qualifications:- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- 5-7 years in F&B operations, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Experience in upscale casual dining, preferably in luxury hotels or resorts.
- Strong understanding of international cuisine and guest experience design.
