Role Overview:
The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s financial planning, accounting, reporting, and compliance in alignment with Saudi regulations. This role works closely with executive management to drive financial performance and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee accounting, cash flow, invoicing, payroll, and financial controls
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements
  • Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business growth
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi tax regulations, including ZATCA, VAT, and local accounting standards
  • Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions
  • Monitor financial performance and provide insights and recommendations to management
  • Improve financial processes, systems, and internal controls

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA/CMA preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in a Finance Manager or similar role, preferably in tech or software companies
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi financial regulations, VAT, and ZATCA requirements
  • Experience with ERP and financial systems
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills

  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a multinational environment.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills highly desirable.
