Job Responsibilities: - Developing, implementing, and enhancing financial policies and procedures
- Preparing financial and monthly reports for senior management
- Managing budgets, monitoring expenditures, and analyzing variances
- Monitoring receivables, financial obligations, and cash flows
- Supervising the accounting team and ensuring financial efficiency
- Coordinating with internal and external auditors and ensuring compliance with accounting standards
- Supporting senior management in making financial and strategic decisions
- Monitoring performance and analyzing gaps and deviations from plans
