Core Responsibilities:- Process monthly payroll with accuracy and within defined timelines.
- Review attendance, deductions, allowances, and overtime data in coordination with HR.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records in the ERP system.
- Prepare payroll reconciliations and support month-end closing activities.
- Ensure all payroll transactions comply with policies and regulatory requirements.
- Handle salary transfers, final settlements, and reimbursements.
- Generate payroll reports and provide support for audits when required.
- Address payroll inquiries and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
Essential Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2–4 years of payroll or accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and accounting principles.
- SOCPA membership or eligibility for registration is preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Bilingual (Arabic & English) with strong communication skills.
