Key Responsibilities:- Process customer payments accurately and on time at the point of sale.
- Reconcile daily cash and credit card receipts.
- Provide excellent customer service to resolve payment issues.
- Maintain accurate records of cash float and till operations.
- Handle refunds, exchanges, and returns in compliance with company policies.
- Assist with daily cash report preparations.
- Ensure adherence to cash handling and security procedures.
- Monitor point-of-sale systems for proper functioning.
Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:- Minimum of 12 years in a cashier or customer service role, preferably in retail or FMCG environments.
Skills and Attributes:- Basic training in cash handling or customer service preferred.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic accounting principles advantageous.
- Proficiency in cash handling and point-of-sale software.
- Training in customer service skills required.
