About the Role:
The Storekeeper at Mayar Foods is a crucial role responsible for managing inventory and ensuring stock accuracy. This position requires attention to detail and accountability for any discrepancies, supported by appropriate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage material dispatching and receiving, preparing the store for incoming stock and ensuring adherence to operating procedures.
  • Oversee logistics and coordinate with loaders for the dispatch of customer orders.
  • Conduct inspections and ensure hygienic practices during loading and transportation.
  • Manage stock tracking and perform periodic physical counts to reconcile variances.
  • Utilize ERP systems for sales requests, invoice generation, and inventory management.
  • Ensure effective warehouse management, including optimizing space and maintaining equipment.
  • Conduct pest control and infestation reports within the warehouse.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies established by the company.
