About the Role: Join Americana Foods as a Sales Representative and become part of one of the largest FMCG companies in the Middle East and North Africa. In this role, you will engage directly with customers, execute daily pre-selling activities, and help ensure product availability while building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visit assigned customers daily according to the approved route plan.
  • Take accurate sales orders and enter them into the system.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Ensure product availability and prevent out-of-stock situations at customer locations.
  • Implement approved promotions and merchandising activities.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers.
  • Follow up on collections in coordination with the finance department as per company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with pricing, discount, and credit policies.
  • Submit daily and weekly sales and visit reports.
  • Monitor competitors’ activities and provide market feedback.
  • Maintain a professional company image in the market.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • High school diploma minimum (Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, preferably in FMCG or distribution.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld devices/sales systems (ERP, SAP).
  • Valid driving license.
  • Good knowledge of assigned sales territory.
