This role is essential in ensuring the timely availability and safety of our electrical and mechanical components.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive, verify, and store materials while ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Label and organize stock efficiently for easy access.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems.
- Conduct stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams for material availability.
- Prepare consumption reports and support audit processes.
Ideal Candidate:We're looking for a Saudi national with:
- At least 2 years of experience in stores or inventory management, preferably in switchgear or electrical panel manufacturing.
- A diploma in electrical or a related field.
- Knowledge of switchgear components and familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
- Strong skills in MS Excel and documentation.
