Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage professional and personal scheduling for the Fire Commissioner.
  • Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management.
  • Oversee travel arrangements and logistics for the Management Team.
  • Provide administrative support including typing, dictation, and spreadsheet creation.
  • Maintain confidentiality with all materials and manage team communications.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field.
  • Minimum four years of experience in an administrative role.
