Role Overview: We are seeking an organized and proactive
Executive Assistant to support senior leadership, ensuring smooth operations, strategic coordination, and effective communication across the organization. The successful candidate will balance high-level administrative support with a collaborative approach, contributing to overall executive effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage complex calendars, coordinate internal and external meetings, and arrange travel arrangements with attention to detail and cost efficiency.
- Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials for the executive team.
- Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails and inquiries; handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects, track action items, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Schedule and organize meetings, prepare agendas, take accurate minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Serve as an extension of the executive office, liaising with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes, implement improvements, and enhance overall efficiency.
Qualifications:- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior administrative role.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities with a proactive mindset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional demeanor and discretion with confidential information.
- Proficiency in calendar management, travel logistics, and MS Office or Google Workspace suite; adaptability to new tools.
