Join Penspen as a Senior Cost Estimation Engineer!We are looking for a Senior Cost Estimation Engineer to work on our PMS project in Khafji, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be accountable for managing the project controls team deployed on various projects. The Project Management team operates on behalf of the client (Khafji Joint Operations, KJO) and is responsible for delivering the program of projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage project controls and provide support to the Project Management team.
- Consult and evaluate project cost estimation and forecasting issues.
Knowledge and Experience Required:- At least 12 years of experience.
- A minimum of 8 years in project cost estimation for major Oil and Gas/Petrochemical projects.
- Experience with schedule and cost benchmarking of oil and gas upstream projects.
- Proficient in MS Packages, particularly Word and Excel, and knowledge of Primavera P6.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in a relevant field.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in project cost estimation.
