The Role
The Store Keeper is responsible for managing the inventory and storage of goods within the hotel, ensuring that all items are accurately tracked, organized, and readily accessible. This role plays a vital part in supporting hotel operations by maintaining proper stock levels and ensuring the efficient use of resources.

Main Tasks
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of all stock items, including receiving, storing, and issuing goods as needed.
  • Stock Control: Monitor stock levels and conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Organization: Organize storage areas to maximize space and ensure easy access to items, implementing a systematic storage system.
  • Receiving Goods: Oversee the receiving of goods, ensuring that shipments are checked against purchase orders for accuracy and quality.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on inventory status, usage trends, and any discrepancies, providing insights to management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the purchasing team to manage inventory needs and assist with reordering supplies when necessary.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to the storage and handling of goods.

Building Successful Relationships
  • Warehouse Team: Collaborate with warehouse staff to facilitate efficient storage and retrieval of items.

Job Purpose
The Performance Testing and Verification Engineer will support the newly established Performance Verification and Auditing (PVA) service line within RSG’s Sustainability Accreditation function. The individual is responsible for conducting building envelope commissioning (BE-Cx) and indoor air quality (IAQ) testing to verify compliance with sustainability certification requirements, energy efficiency standards, and performance benchmarks. This role involves on-site performance testing, forensic investigations, commissioning oversight, and documentation management.

Responsibilities
  • Performance Testing and Field Verification: Coordinate BE-Cx and IAQ testing activities with contractors, architects, and project teams.
  • Certification and Compliance Support: Act as the Building Envelope Commissioning Agent and oversee LEED & Mostadam certification compliance for envelope performance.
  • Equipment & PMIS Management: Manage and maintain an inventory of testing equipment, ensuring calibration & maintenance schedules.
  • Training & Technical Leadership: Provide practical training for field technicians on testing procedures, safety protocols, and equipment use.
  • Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures: Follow all relevant functional policies to ensure controlled and consistent work.
  • Safety, Quality & Environment: Apply safety, quality, and environmental management policies for employee safety and high-quality service.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Building Science, or related discipline.
  • 10+ years of overall experience in construction, building systems engineering, or sustainability consulting.
  • 13 years of direct experience in building envelope commissioning and performance testing.
  • Familiarity with ASHRAE and ASTM testing protocols.
  • Experience with blower doors, thermal imaging instruments, and IAQ testing equipment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
