Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
  • Train staff to ensure operational excellence.
  • Coordinate pre-opening phases and ensure readiness for opening day.
  • Ensure fair treatment of all staff and maintain up-to-date attendance records.
  • Collaborate with chefs to create new menu items.

  • APICS CPIM certified or pursuing Level 5 CIPS Diploma.
