Join Burjline Builders as a Restaurant Manager!
We are searching for a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our esteemed restaurant at The St. Regis Red Sea Resort. You will be responsible for managing restaurant operations, improving service quality and enhancing guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily restaurant operations including service quality and sanitation standards.
  • Lead and mentor the food and beverage team, encouraging cooperation and trust among staff.
  • Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations, and local liquor laws.
  • Handle guest problems and feedback for continuous service improvement.
  • Manage training programs and employee recognition initiatives to enhance service performance.
Qualifications:
We require a high school diploma or GED with 4 years of experience in food and beverage management, or a 2-year degree in a related field with 2 years of experience.
