  • Recruit, schedule, and train staff to meet guest needs.

  • 24 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in luxury settings.
  • Strong leadership and training capabilities.
  • Ability to manage high-pressure environments while ensuring top-notch guest services.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of International Cuisine and good communication skills.
  • High motivation and a creative attitude.
  • Understanding of business and financial terms.
  • Guest-oriented approach.
