Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring guest activity in and around the pool and beach areas.
  • Preventing accidents and responding quickly and calmly to emergencies.
  • Administering First Aid or CPR when needed and reporting incidents accurately.
  • Ensuring all safety equipment is functional and in place.
  • Enforcing pool and beach rules and regulations in a respectful manner.
  • Supporting daily cleaning and maintenance of the water facilities.
  • Assisting with guest needs or inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.

Requirements:
  • Certified in Lifeguarding, CPR, and First Aid (valid certification required).
  • Previous lifeguarding experience is preferred, especially in a resort or hotel setting.
  • Strong swimming skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Attentive, responsible, and proactive with excellent observation skills.
  • Positive attitude and a guest-focused mindset.
  • Willing to work outdoors and flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.

  • Minimum of 1 year of practical experience in quality, preferably in the hotel or restaurant sector.
  • Knowledge of food safety systems and service quality.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to write reports effectively.
  • Attention to detail and strong observational skills.
  • Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office programs.
