Main Responsibilities:
  • Implement and monitor HACCP – ISO 22000 – ISO 9001 systems.
  • Conduct field inspections of food establishments.
  • Prepare quality reports and raise corrective recommendations.
  • Monitor temperature and cold chain.
  • Train staff on food safety requirements.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related field.
  • HACCP certification (mandatory).
  • ISO certifications preferred.
  • Experience in the restaurant or food sector.
