Main Tasks:- Apply and monitor HACCP – ISO 22000 – ISO 9001 systems.
- Conduct field inspection tours at food establishments.
- Prepare quality reports and raise corrective recommendations.
- Monitor temperatures and the cold chain.
- Train staff on food safety requirements.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in food science or a related field.
- HACCP certification (mandatory).
- ISO certifications are preferred.
- Experience in the restaurant or food sector.
