Job Title: Receptionist

Job Description: The receptionist is responsible for welcoming visitors and clients, determining their needs, and directing them to the appropriate reference. In addition, she will respond to phone calls and answer inquiries or forward them to the appropriate reference, as well as maintain records of visitors.

Main Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Welcoming visitors and clients and determining their needs.
• Providing them with the required information and informing the concerned reference about the visitors and clients and guiding them to it.
• Receiving phone calls and responding to inquiries or forwarding them to the appropriate reference.
• Making internal communications to obtain information.
• Scheduling interviews and recording the names of visitors and clients in the relevant records.
• Full adherence to procedural guides and organized policies and procedures.
