Join Our Team as a Senior AccountantInnovative Tashgeel Operations & Maintenance Company is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to support our Finance function. Founded in 2025, we specialize in operating and maintaining large-scale water infrastructure, including the seawater reverse osmosis desalination plant in Jafurah.
Key Responsibilities:- Review daily accounting entries (double entries) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, including profit & loss, balance sheet, and supporting schedules.
- Ensure all payment vouchers come with required documentation, approvals, and budget checks.
- Oversee payroll processing for accuracy and compliance.
- Review VAT returns for timely submission in accordance with ZATCA requirements.
- Assist the Finance Manager in compiling financial data for reporting.
- Adhere to internal controls, policies, and procedures, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Preferred professional qualification (SOCPA / ACCA / CA / CPA).
- 4-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in audit or accounting roles.
- Strong understanding of IFRS and financial reporting.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
