As a Quality Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory guidelines while fostering a culture of accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop the quality team, overseeing daily activities to ensure operational efficiency.
- Monitor inbound materials, in-process operations, and outbound shipments for compliance with quality standards.
- Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformities and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and quality documentation.
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Train warehouse staff on quality standards and inspection procedures.
- Conduct internal audits ensuring alignment with ISO and other standards.
- Prepare quality performance reports and collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality-related issues.
Requirements:- 1+ years of experience in quality assurance/control, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Practical experience in warehouse or supply chain quality operations.
- Strong leadership and team-development skills.
- Solid knowledge of quality standards and auditing practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in quality tools and MS Office applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
