We are seeking a Quality Officer who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the implementation of Warehouse Good Practices and compliance with Quality Management Systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure Warehouse Best Practices are maintained and adhere to company, industry, and regulatory standards through conducting audits and inspections.
- Maintain product quality through physical product testing, including functional testing and visual inspections.
- Oversee repacking, relabeling, kitting, and reworking activities.
- Implement Hold, Release, and Recall procedures for products with quality issues.
- Monitor temperature control requirements within facilities and handle internal and external complaints.
- Ensure accuracy of quality information in systems versus actual validation in WMS and other software.
- Participate in Quality Management System Activities such as audits, CAPA Process validation, and risk assessments.
- Support departmental goals and any other duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements:- University Degree in a technical discipline or general sciences.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Quality Control or Quality Assurance.
- Familiarity with sampling plans, quality assessment, and ISO9001 & ISO22000 standards.
- Strong reporting and report writing skills.
