Full-time Ensuring the application of quality and food safety standards at all stages of work in the restaurant, from receiving and preparation to serving, and ensuring that employees comply with the approved procedures and policies. Requirements: - A bachelor's degree in food science, public health, or a related specialization. - At least two years of experience in the field of quality and food safety, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality sector. - Good knowledge of quality systems (HACCP, ISO). - Ability to prepare reports and analyze data. - Effective training and mentoring skills. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
