• Marketing and selling the real estate products of the company's projects in Taif and Medina.
• Receiving potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable offers to them.
• Organizing field visits to project sites.
• Continuously following up with clients until the sale is completed and sales targets are achieved.
• Participating in implementing marketing activities and campaigns such as exhibitions and events.
• Preparing periodic reports on sales, clients, market status, and competitors.

• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in the field and achieve sales targets.
• High level of time organization and appropriate professional appearance and good behavior in dealing with clients.

• A qualification of at least a diploma, preferably a bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, real estate, or a related field.
• Experience of no less than one year in the field of real estate sales in the Taif area and the western region.
• Possession of a real estate brokerage license and a valid driving license.

• Eastern Region: Al-Khobar, Dammam, Jubail, Al-Khafji, Al-Hofuf, Hafr Al-Batin.

Job Responsibilities:

Receiving customers and completing sales transactions

Operating the cashier system and issuing invoices

Receiving payments (cash / electronic)

Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area
