Job Summary
The Head Barista is responsible for everything related to managing the bar according to the standards outlined in the company's operating manual. In addition to innovating drinks, he is the primary person responsible for all coffee equipment. He is required to manage the staff working with him in the bar area, training and qualifying them well. He is also required to have experience in customer service, proficiency in handling devices and equipment, and the ability to work in different shifts.
